COMPANY POLICY
Shipping Information:
Your order will shipped out within 24 hours of being placed. Monday though Saturday. Keep an eye on your email as updates will be sent there.
Be sure to provide the correct shipping information at check out. If a package comes back to us, due to wrong mailing address, you will need to contact us to ship your package again, but you must pay a new shipping fee.
Once we drop off the package to USPS, it is out of our hands. We will provide tracking information (check your email), but we are not responsible for any lost, miss-marked or damaged items. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any delays by USPS.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you state it was not delivered, you must contact your local USPS location. USPS means United States Postal Service. You will have to open a claim with them for any refunds or settlements. They will assist you on how to proceed. 
We are not responsible for USPS, therefore we cannot refund any products marked "delivered".

Pick up Option: Location in Stockton*

By selecting "customer pick up", this means we will email/ text you as soon as your order is ready. Your package will be available for you at our doorstep in a locker, you will receive a code via email/ text. You can come pick up at anyday/anytime, (Monday-Sunday 24hr access). Make sure to first wait for that text/ email stating your order is ready for pick up.

If your order is AN EMERGENCY PICK UP meaning you NEED your order RIGHT AWAY, please send us a message CHAT (located on the bottom right & let us know).

Monday-Friday:8am-10pm (orders will be ready within one hour)
Saturday & Sunday (orders will be ready within 1 hour - 6 hours)

Once you receive the message that your order is ready, you can come pick up 24/7.

 
Returns:
All items are final sale. No Refunds.
No returns or exchanges due to health and sanitary reasons.
However, in the case of wrong or missing items, contact us through our CHAT on our website fbbproducts.com located on the bottom right.

 

Cancellation policy:

If you would like to cancel your order, we can do that as long as it hasnt been shipped. You will be charged a restocking fee and transaction fee of 3% total purchase price. If the order has shipped and you would like to cancel, you will need to wait until you receive the package and mail it out back to us so that we can cancel the order after we have inspected package has not been open or used. Shipping fee will be deducted.
